"We're going to skip the Apache Death Cave"...instead we'll just go right into the Meth House. LOL. I would have definitely gone down to the Death Cave. That pool had some amazing artwork. Too bad taggers use their powers for evil. Great video!

Two Guns was the site of a mass murder of Apaches by their Navajo enemies in 1878. A group of Apaches had hid in a cave at Two Guns to avoid detection, but were discovered by the Navajos, who lit sagebrush fires at the cave's exit and shot any Apaches trying to escape. The fire asphyxiated 42 Apaches, after which they were stripped of their valuables. The murder site is referred to as the "death cave".

A more modern service station was built at Two Guns in 1963, and in the late 1960s a motel, western tavern, reptile exhibit, and new zoo were added. Later, a Shell service station was built and a KOA campground opened. The service station burned in 1971, and Two Guns began to decline. The ruins of many former structures remain, including the trading post, campground, old cottages, zoo, and burned-out service station

What an extraordinary place to go, especially when it is abandoned.
I wonder what they had on exhibit, on the roadside attraction, besides the mountain lions and whatever else they had in the zoo exhibit.
Vandals sure did have fun with the place.
All sorts of graffiti here and there, spotting the building landscape!
Wish the buildings in the Wild West part, were still intact.
To see what it was like, back then.
What score do you give it Carpetbagger?
    1-20.
1 being way too boring, 20 being "Wow! what a place this is!"
