It says so much about marvel and the mcu when it comes to this show. The fact that these 3 seasons of Daredevil is better than all the mcu shows combined just speaks volumes. Just season 1 of DD alone is better than any mcu show. The comic accuracy, the stunts, choreography, story, the actors, and the writing style.
Especially after they made him seem like a terrible character at the beginning. But as the show progressed I liked him more really after seeing Fisk whole plan
I would never imagine they'd find the actor to manage translating Bullseye's skill, mannerism and his overall total insanity. So good, he is supposed to be a freak, and he is.

Not dumb at all, it's probably one of the best decisions they ever made. The 3rd season was Matt's internal struggle and having an evil version of Matt don the outfit as Matt has to fight him has so much symbolism and meaning to the story.
