My theory is the reason why Russo disrepaired is that someone kidnapped him and cloned another Russo who's evil. So that's maybe why he disrepaired almost the whole Rb battles . So when Russo escaped he ran away and wore a hood. So his trying the help us with the final. The code on the tv does not translate to Blue If you put blue into an english to hex converter, you wont get the code Plus, the tv code is too long and complicated for four letters, and is most likely a set of number codes Edit: the code changes with capitalization but still does not match the code on the tv
