I think that much of the success you have with your hippeastrum is due to how you use the fungicide. You do not dissolve it in water and put it directly on the bulb. When I tried to do it like you, I burned several of the layers of the bulb. In my country I can't find the fungicide that you use. any tips on how to do it like you?

to me it look like the bulb is in perfect condition there is no fungal infection , The root got little to much water that why the rotted away , Simple way just remove the old roots dry for a 24 h and replant
This particular bulb had some hidden tots inside, that became visible after a month. So I prefer to have the measurements taken, rather than have a rotting bulb. That's how they arrive to me, after thre-four months of traveling to me

Its a fungicide Maxim from Syngenta, active ingredient fludioxoile, used for treatment of a red blotch or stagonospora

White is a acaricide, red is a fungicide
Too much work! You don't need to do all of that!!
If I don't do it, the bulb will die in our climate. Been there before, so thorough checkup, treatment and then planting
