Btw here is a crappy explanation of what happened in this glmv if you are confused
so this girl (main character) had a crush on the blue haired guy. To make him notice her she completely changed her lifestyle without telling her little brother and so became cold to him without even noticing. She went to fights and made the guy notice her, but right when it happened police came and noticed them fighting (yes police walk often around to prevent these things). So the guy grabbed the girls hand and ran with her, but she snapped at the police and.. killed 3 of them. After getting home she became wanted and got on television, so she had to tell her brother (who forgave her). But with being wanted, comes a reward, and since the Guy now knew where she lived he went to her house and pointes the gun at her brother, forcing her to come with him to the police station or otherwise it would have big consequenses. She took to long to think about an answer so the guy shot her brother. Out of anger the girl grabber her gun, but couldnt shoot (she still loved him), but he did not love her so he was able to shoot first. The girl was able to Dodge (which is almost impossible) and was able to go after him. (He ran cuz after she dodged, he knew he couldnt win the fight) after that event she ran away from home (cuz of the police) and wanted to have revenge
