This is the best PR Hardee’s/Carl’s Jr has had in a long time. Edit. In the time passed I have experienced the Hardee’s beyond burger 2 times from different Hardee’s locations. Both were wonderful and the best thing I’ve ever had from Hardee’s. A new favorite for sure.

People are scared of the word "fat" without knowing why. Fat is good for you, and to a certain point essential for your health, unless your calories intake is mostly from fat.

The Beyond Famous Star is 1500mg PF sodium. A bit more than the normal meat counterpart.
1500 is considered “healthy” intake for a day. You just reached it in a single burger. Not to mention you’re also eating fries and soda.
What’s deemed bearable is 2300mg of sodium. You’re already more than half way there.
Kevin Arzola the average American has 3400mg of sodium a day. Btw there is some debate to whether or not sodium is really as bad as they say. There has been studies that actually show that sodium basically has no impact on people who aren’t already predisposed to heart disease.
