- Leeds Rhinos lost out to a Johnathan Thurston inspired North Queensland side at Headingley Carnegie as the Cowboys were crowned World Champions for the first time.

Funny how the commentary team raved @4:00 on a 4-all tie & how well the SL are looking than in previous WCC fixtures at halftime, yet when the float gates opened (courtesy of the cowboys) during the 2nd half for some unexplained reason (LeagueGods if your a SL fan) the commentary time seem way outta wack on what was shown on screen.
