I am new to your channel and love it. Thankful that you are a believer and I really enjoy watching videos of women keeping their home while I clean and do household tasks. I do work part time outside the home, but my full time job let me go right before they closed down. Your methods are super interesting. I got brave enough to start my sourdough starter this afternoon! 😂 I have been planning it for a while, but I figured “ain’t nothing to it but to do it,” so I took the plunge! I am in Pennsylvania. Everything looks delicious! I have 6 chickens and with are getting 3 to 5 eggs a day! I thought it was because of what I am feeding them. I also let them out of there run any day that isn’t raining. I also thought maybe because they just started laying in Oct/Nov.? I really have no clue why they are laying so much. My neighbors chickens aren’t laying at all.
We think ours started laying good because we changed their feed. But, that's just our opinion. Who really knows, ha ha

I have had it for a long time and it has never clogged yet. I love that thing!
We are slowly working to a more whole food diet. Very close. I will be making apple butter in the next couple of days. All of my apple butter and jam recipes call for sugar. Do you still use sugar for jam recipes? Or have you switched to using honey?
I have switched to all honey mostly. There are times when I use a smaller amount of raw cane sugar and honey combined for more sour fruits. Good luck on your healthy eating journey!
