While her growth is stunted by selfishness. I choose to grow physically emotionally and spiritually. I choose to change/ evolve into a better me, everyday and remain kind,, not bitter or angry. More importantly I’ve learned to distinguish between potential good vs bad companions by not settling and now in a positive relationship where my affection is matched. She’s stuck in her self centered world and I say Adios, blocked and never looking back.

I love stoicism follow philosophy and practice stoicism everyday. Videos like this are needed but I disagree with one thing. I believe that we should watch these videos to become the person who does not wish someone to have regret or remorse or to be in any state of sorrow or discomfort in any way but to simply be okay with what happened know things happen and confident enough in oneself and strong enough in oneself to be able to make it through anything. Not to better yourself so people regret losing you or walking out of your life or doing you wrong in any way. The objective should be to practice stoicism so you become the person who is not affected not bothered not shaking no ill will no harm intentions just at ease with life
