I appreciate what Cudi does, and I think he is the best at that mellow trance-like hum thing; but it really does nothing for me. I don't find it hypnotic or anything, it's just super repetitive. I appreciate the meaning behind it, but after a minute or two I'm ready for something else. That's why Cudi has never been my thing. He's probably great background or smoking music tho!

it's a song that is very much mood/vibe based. very sluggish and drowsy, with the constant positive "keep moving forward". classic kid cudi.
