There's just something so melancholic about the OG San Andreas, something that the remaster couldn't capture. It feels weird to say this but seeing the OG version now feels like a breath of fresh air after seeing all those shitty bugs in the so called definitive edition... Keep up the good work Kenny! Probably no for a while. With he original GTA SA Rockstar planned to add custom missions, but they discarded that. However, they didn't delete the code, so modders just picked up that code and made dyom. The remaster most likely will not have that code so modders will have to create theirs from scratch.
