If this is real, I advise you get a psychiatrist consultation... If there's anything you should have learned from this vid of all vids, it's that you should never self-diagnose without proper knowledge. I understand that you feel liek you have emotional range and anxiety issues, but the problem is that VERY often, most ppl have zero idea of just how serious conditions these actually are. So you might not have them, and are just connecting the dots to fit the narrative. On the other hand, you might have a condition, and to detect it at the earliest, go visit a psychiatrist.
Much strength to you, fam.
most of us who grew up in middle class have this bro. sad residual of cultural oppression (colonization in our case), there is a study about how mental issues persists throughout generation due to these things, which i suggest you read. very interesting if psychology interest you. :)

My dad's a psychiatrist, so growing up I saw basically everything at the basic level there is to see related to different psychiatric issues.
One of the main methods to deal with anxiety is controlled exposure therapy. So if someone is super worried abt their small cut or any symptoms, they'll probably seek reassurance that everything is ok. It happened with one of my cousins, where they would constantly get over-worried abt tiny health problems. So for example in this case, my dad advised everyone involved to not give the kid any assurance that it was all ok. They need to worry, and when it turns out ok, they start to slowly see what's wrong.
The gist of it was "don't sweat the small stuff" right ?
@@BlamelessNovice09 Yeah, effectively, but that's kind of an oversimplification when we're talking abt a serious topic such as mental health & disorders.
Because often it's not within the control of the affected individual; their willpower is not enough, no matter how much they try.
The health part about internet is so true. They literally show unacceptable workout techniques and habits that even God can't help us stay fit 😂. Also thanks Dvijahh for some information about psychological pain thing and it was really something many people needed to know about 👏
