This is a copycat of the Off the Beaded Path design - that one's been around for 7 years.
Hi, this is not a copy, all of my tutorials I design myself from scratch, I love designing them and I am so so proud of them all, this particular one came about when I was designing my Christmas 3D star. I don’t know the design you are referring to but I assume a lot of starfish designs are going to look similar for obvious reasons.
