Zilla explaining the difference between rap pits and hardcore pits is how you know he really at these shows like that. Cause its that entirely.
Frrs! like bro knows his stuff
Anyone who ever thought a rap pit was anywhere near similar to a hardcore/metal pit is delusional
umm.. sounds like someone who's never been at a city morgue show or a deathgrips show@@pricemcgee8380
@@ayceeonethirty6141 I’ve been going to metal shows since I was 8 years old and I’ve seen city morgue twice. If you think their pits are anywhere close to a death metal/core pit you’re truly fuckin lost kid
I've been listening to the morgue for years now but recently i've been thinking about how much I fucking love these dudes man they changed so much shit for me and gave me a whole different perspective on music. No one can do it like they can
Couldnt agree more! Coolest duo in music hands down!
Bones, Biv, nAvvvi
pure facts
Bruh you litterly just typed what went thru my mind. I appreciate you
totally agree. they’re incredibly unique with the sound and energy they have. hearing them for the first time years ago, i think it was hockeypukk. got me excited the same way i felt when i first heard slipknots iowa. im getting older but young people are still pushing the boundaries and innovating music and im very thankful for it.
Damn a Zilla x Slipknot record would be huge
Fr
I've been saying this since I heard zilla a fan of corey taylor lol
slipknot has no feats in 20 some years, but Corey x zilla may be a thing
@@rexxysexxy yeah exactly
probably just would be a zillakami ft corey taylor

nothing will top Vol.1 but I'm glad they're still making hard music after all these years
Insanely cap but go off
have to disagree man I think 2 and 3 are on another level then 1

That's always my question

Underground rap getting love from metal community is pure gold
Volume 2 is so good man. I need em to do more slow songs together like Draino
They have hella slow songs tho
the give up is a good one
You mean the 2 most mainstream city morgue songs? Listen to zillas solo album and the song everything is broken from vol 3
@@delamain611 who cares if it’s popular and mainstream. Draino is an insane fucking song
@@gil3744 none of their songs are mainstream anymore. They stayed underground Til the end of the morgue
Toxic Boogaloo is probably my favourite tape from these guys, would love to see em live but im very small so I'm also kinda scared haha.
Great interview, Loved hearing how Mula and Zilla be listening to different shit. I think that helps with them being so unique though, they both bring something different to the group, But because they have a great dynamic that just naturally make dope and unique music.
You only live once nigga
same bro. every fucking track goes nuts on this tape. shits so fyre
That's really cool they shouted out N8NOFACE he's on his own lane
N8 opened for them when I saw them live and I’ve been a fan since. He’s ridiculously underrated

words cannot express how proud I am of them, especially if you've been keeping up with them for years
I've been a Metalhead for years in this group right here has got me into their music more than anybody else has last 3 years.. they got a great Style
Every time when something gets zilla and sos to do a interview its insane.
You can see how mad Zilla was at the “influence” question they ask that shit all the time
It's one of them common interview questions they be asking which some people be writing notes on what to say if we're asked
rregardless if they openly accept the fact that they are entertainers and influencing people, it remains fact.
being openly available to anyone with an internet connection, they are creating content that is literally built on satanic energy. have you ever stopped to question and ponder whether it has influenced you yourself?
@@catterpillar9728 yes, oddly enough i started to worship satan
What’s the time stamp?
Saw these guys live in 2019 and it’s wild to see how far they’ve come, they deserve it all though 🙏💯
I first got pit on too them through a shinners 13 reaction all the way back in 2017 and yeah the rest is history from there on out

I'd kill for a City Morgue collab! I'm tryna break boundaries just like these dudes. GOATS 🐐
No joke. Started going to concerts about a couple of months ago. Saw soulfly live March 11th I was terrified to jump in that pit. Buncha grown ass buff men running up into each other shoving people sometimes even elbows but when eye for an eye came on it was done I was like nah I’m good g
I'll never forget watching like 5 kids getting wheeled out of y'alls concert. Fools getting beat up😂
Another interview yay
you guys are one of the dopest ive seen in years .

bruh thank god someone else agrees that barracks are awful. broke my ribs at a suicideboys show cuz those mf go way too hard in the pit and completely crushed us
There are gun, knives, bats, fists, all of which are deadly but one stands above them all...
The Barricade...
I’d argue that the production on vol 3 is their best yet. The beat selection and sonic tone of the whole album is a step above anything else they have put out. It’s always interesting to get an artists opinion on their own favorite music they have released, often times it’s not what you expect. Vol 3 was solid start to finish but I agree with zilla, their wasn’t that “standout” part or verse that other albums like vol1 or 2 have . Love these dudes and was soo stoked to see they got the cover of Revolver, it’s about damn time the world wakes up the the genius of City Morgue 🐕🐕
City morgue and $uicide boy$ my top 2 duo ...besides Wayne & Juelz
There both very talented I love your music and it seems like they keeps it real

Sosmula smoking a pack of cigs during the interview
10:10 HE SAID THEYLL MAKE SOMETHING NEW VERY SOON!!!! WTFFFF LETS GOOO
Listen to LEFT ON EARTH snippet and DNA. That's the new stuff he's talking about. The new Morgue project is a lot like vol.1 and 3
Went to their show in Boston. Great performance. Never heard of noface before that night. Saw some bald dude with a big mustache up on stage. Thought he was a stage hand helping setup. Then he started screaming to this weird synth music. It was an experience.
Gotta say I disagree that vol 3 was as good as they claim. Also Vol 2 is easily the best in my opinion
i think vol 3 was some of sosmula’s best work also toxic boogaloo
@@derrickjohnson1938 nah vol 2 and 1 are sum else
Easily huh lol

the only show that made me lose my voice. it was literally a 15 min set at a festival LMAO.
I remember seeing City Morgue with $uicideboy$ in SF a few years back and they had like 4 -5 pits constantly open, and from what I remember no one got hurt but people surely sized each other up then proceeded to throwing down!
I don’t know if he was sarcastic or not about slipknot 😂😂 he got a whole mask tattooed
Plus Corey Taylor was at the beginning of Zillakami's song "Chewing Gum!"
Right lmao, when he got the tat he posted on his story and said corey taylor is the greatest vocalist ever, ans he said the knot was good in the noisey raps interview i think
I mean he had a big ass smile on his face so I guess he likes them 😂
Fucking love this

He's a highly depressed/stressed cat plus fame hit him at 17 so ur seeing him age quik from a young teen

Zillakami has great taste bruh
Thats hella crazy because all i listen to is Alice in chains and city morgue
Zilla fucks with Vein? Sick
Be the worst when u move slightly and some just slips out and u just freeZe in place and the realization hit u☠️☠️☠️
sosmula and zillakami are for the people
1:11 lmao
That's sad hearing zillakami say how he wanted to do a volume 4. Now being here knowing almost certainly, that zillakami is splitting from city morgue and going off to do his own thing/stopping all together.
I think label kind of pushed zilla away from city morgue. He said he hates it because if he wants to release a solo song the label can decide it to be a City Morgue song. That's what happened with PEELING SCABS.
@@hoopahgah i don’t think that’s the case, look at DOGBOY. that was a solo album and had nothing to do with city morgue while still dropping vol 3 after. both zillakami and sos are known for doing 1-2 solo songs per album of their own. Look at the new snippets coming out from zillakami, i think he again wants to do a very drastic change in music than what he was doing. Hopefully there is room for city morgue sounding songs/collabs in the future after he experiments, but he seems to want to go down the corey taylor/thom yorke route
does anybody know where zillakami got that sweater in the photo shoot?
why the audio quality so bad omg
I wanna buy city mourgue merch so bad.
Do it
Bottom of the barrel was alright. They need to have some more diverse way of making music. It's gettin so repetitive with the similar beats and flows. Some are so similar they seem like lazy copies. It gets old. Only a few songs genuinely stand out. They have huge potential they just gotta work on that shit man I hope they put more thought into volume 4.
Zilla needs to go solo. Dog boy was so 🔥
I don’t see that much similar songs, at least most of choruses sound different
Woah, maybe as a duo they get old. But zillas solo was flames
@@Pissbaby991 it’s kinda ironic to me bc zillas solo music just sounds like city morgue without sos but sos sounds more diverse yet everyone screams “sos is bringing zilla down”
