All your designs of amazing.
Please make some designs with ground floor full parking and home elevator in the house. Swimming pool in the terrace is a waste of money and hard to maintain. Instead have the pool in the ground floor with garden the used water can be good for gardening and vehicle wash

Just one question, Noida authority allows 40% backyard areas can be covered .But in your design it seems 20% is covered for bathroom in first floor .Was there any reason for that

How to get information about FSI ratio in particular area ?
They do not share any knowledge, they are just here for money on CZcams. 👍
It will vary from authority to authority. For a clear idea of FSI of your plot you need to concern with your local authorities.
