Dahon ng sambong ay mabisa para maiwasan ang pgkakasakit sa kidney. Mahilig ako sa milk at cheese at mga dairy products kaya ako nagka kidney stone.. Mhilig din sa soft drink pero now tubig nlng na my lemon ako.
Ang mga soft drinks ay talagang bawal sa kindneys at marami pang mga pagkain na kailangan iwasan, ngayon, hindi natin malalaman kaagad, dahil wala naman symptoms ang ckd. Basically, ang mga sugars na nag aaccumulate sa ating katawan, yan ang leading cause ng diabetes yan at pwedi magkaroon ng kidney disease....
