Nice video Jeroen! I only spend money on buying the 8 bundles of Incenses. I don't raid that much just depends which legendary it is. If it is Mewtwo then I will buy a few passes. When it's not. I normally just buy the 8 Incense bundle because it basically 8 hours of pokemon to catch at which you have a chance to get shiny and xp for catching.
Great video! I think there's actually an argument to be made for raiding more depending on the time it takes to lucky trade :).
In order to achieve the same odds for (one or more) 100%s from raiding as from lucky trading you would need to do 3.4 raids/day (assuming 1 lucky trade per day). Using your free pass and then using all coins on remote passes (and using the 50 gym coins per day on remote passes) you would need to spend 1046 coins per week (or 1396 coins with none from the gyms). In USD, for example, that's $10 per week.
So if it takes you a total of one hour to do all 7 of the week's lucky trades (coordination, travel, etc.) then you're valuing your time at $10/hr ;). Not criticizing anyone's play style, just sharing a calculation :). Keep up the high quality videos please!

I’m the same with lucky friends. I’ve done over 600 lucky friend trades for shiny legendaries and am still waiting on a shundo.
In terms of trades done in total, I’m on 10,665 with 10 traded hundos.
I guess at the end of the day it just comes down to luck; and I’m not a lucky player

No hardcore locals, 8 Stops in a 30min loop, mo home stop. Just a sad game if ur not in a big city. In a few days they reduce the interaction distance and the game will be completely dead again. So sad.
