you can setup individual reading meter for every room. Usually we will include the utilities bill into the rental :)
all famous renting room sites such as property guru, ibilik, speedhome, mudah.my, all can be used. its all about exposure, when you do more ads, it will be more efficient to rent out. or use "other people time" to help rent out your room. you can check out czcams.com/video/jdVC5Tm2GUA/video.html this episode :)

你好Vincent，我有个问题。你说的要快是不是说一个project已经出了一段时间，就算那个project条件很好也不该投资了，因为已经比别人买迟了？反之，那个project差不多起好前买然后快快做好好出租会比较好？

不同的状况就会有不同的计划及决定。
如果你 cashflow 不够的话， 那么你投资了 需要几年来来建好的 project, 那么你是否愿意 让你的 cashflow 锁在那里？ 那么你自己可以考虑这个问题。
可是如果一个人的 cashflow 足够， 他觉得这个 project 以后会卖完，现在要先下手，那么他可以这么做，因为买了不会影响他太大。
