When I start feeling guilty that I have too much make up, these decluttering vids help me feel better. I've also gotten rid of like 15 pallets that were old and hardly ever used too. These sort of vids always uplift and help give me inspiration to go thru my collection

What’s good now is that LM, Fenty, Huda and more all make minis so if you find missing one in 6 months or so you can replace with a mini and it’s cheaper and smaller.

Huge makeup addict here, since becoming a mom in 2021 I have reduced my collection drastically. It feels so good to have less product and not be overwhelmed doing my makeup. Proud of you for pairing down so much I know its not easy.

I don't have a huge collection. I have about 2-3 of everything. Except eyeshadows. Its crazy how much content creators actually get. That actually looks overwhelming. I think what could be interesting for you is doing a makeup inventory. So you can keep track of how much your using,etc. Im so proud you got rid of a lot!

Haha I remember what a hard time you used to have decluttering! You kept mostly everything in your collection as well as PR. You’ve done so well especially since you’ve been paring down your makeup since being pregnant to make room for baby!🎉 Whoever is getting your pass alongs is doing to be so happy!!!😊
When I have decluttered… It’s been a sad, sad process… But then in the end, it just feels like a huge weight has been lifted off of me. Yeah, you might miss some of those that you got rid of… But in the end, if you look back six months later… You’re perfectly fine and you don’t have to choose between 50 freaking different powders you want to use on a regular basis. Sometimes it just gets so overwhelming with things you have…that it’s nice to just get rid of a bunch because in the end…we don’t have 50 heads to put make up on every day. If we did then we would probably have 100 different face powders and be happy and not overwhelmed by it. Again though…we just have once face. So keeping 12 is good. I’m so proud of your declutters here lately. I used to follow you Wayback when… When you lived with your parents and were going through nursing school and you had a crap ton of make up that you just held onto….and while that was probably cool at the time to you…I’m sure it was rough. I can’t even imagine how overwhelming it was because you weren’t even able to try probably a 10th of what you had in your collection and now you doing this allows you to appreciate makeup more.

I have a very modest makeup collection, but it is still too much for me! I recently got rid of several liquid foundations that were 1.5-4 years old 😅 I buy stuff after seeing reviews but then have too much for me to actually use up. I'm holding onto my older powder products for now because they don't worry me as much as old liquid products. Once I get through the old stuff, I plan on only having 1 of each product (foundation, concealer, powder, bronzer, etc) so I'm able to use more without it going bad. This is good motivation for me to stick to that plan!

You could do a few "looks for summer" using these non-decluttered products and go through them faster. Some of them look like they'd last 10-20 more uses and even if you don't hit pan, you at least aren't wasting much. More stuff will eventually come out, and most of them are tossed out later.
Is that Hard Candy power anything like the discontinued Becca powder that felt like water when applied but lost its coldness after a few uses! I really miss Becca!❤😊
