11:24 in this bit i came up with my own little theroy:
Black and gray's father seemed to be friends or at least knew each other but on that skeld match black had pin the blame on Gray's father to stay alive after that he took care of Gray's son but still felt guilty about killing gray
Actually, they are nemesis , Grey'Father(Or Noob49) has been attacked by the same viruses that attack Black. So Black Ejected Noob49 to take their wings to grow Grey , That is the reason why Grey's Eyes can glowing while he is not an Impostor.
Wasn't it that in a meeting, Black blamed Grey's father, leaving him alone, and making Gray become an "impostor" since he doesn't have the typical red glint in the eyes of impostors, but rather he has a purple eye that works similar
I always imagined that Black only took in lil’ Gray because he straight up couldn’t kill him. Black seems to be completely heartless evil, so I’d imagine that if he could’ve killed Gray, he would’ve.
Gray isn't an impostor. He is just manipulated.

All the art for each character is so well made and designed ❤ absolutely love it, I also love how pink looks like she's just there to have fun, she looks adorable, it really fits her character well! same can be said about the rest of them, white how black is overruling and intimidating, white just there to back black up while also being there just to prove a point, while maroon is just jammin, Grey idk what to say about grey but he looks like the "YIPPPIE" meme gif which is about as much as I'd expect from Grey tbh, green is just a confusing bean tbh but a fun comedian bean no then less, and same with you and Qiw both well made and presented in a way that makes sense both (and the shine on the eyes for them all makes it seem like it's real in a way) Amazing work on it all around ❤❤😌

11:24 this is actually Grey's BackStory when Black decide every1 to vote out his father (Noob49). Then Black takes their wings to grow Grey , Grey Grown up with Black when first stage he wore a Red Cone then He became 15years old and wear a Purple Cone.Grey is now a Crazy Killer , He has been insanely taught and driven by Black.
Edited: Black was a normal crewmate doing tasks , 1day he found some "black" thing , he come to near it and it spread into Black , it make Black has a special power, but it makes Black kill some1 , and then the entity inside Black want more bodies , Black keep ignore the entity until it become stronger and stronger , it takes Black body and going to find more Body. Black maybe D.i.e.d and the entity is the only 1 who controlled Black body for a really long time.
