I am female and retired from Sheriff's Office Corrections. I found that too many of the females did not live up to the job expectations. Not working as a good backup when needed. Would look for the easiest way around physical response. When a fight broke out they would look for a non-physical position to help. I required my female officers to respond and assist the male officers in altercations. My thing was if you want the job, the pay then do the job. I have had females tell me they will not go into male dorms during a fight. The bottom line I guess for me is if you are getting paid to a job do it. DO YOUR JOB, BE HONEST, BE SAFE.

Under the 14th Amendment and the principle of “Equal Protection Under the Law,” law enforcement officers who commit crimes, such as breaking and entering (B&E), should face the same legal consequences as any other individual.
The Equal Protection Clause mandates that no state shall “deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws,” meaning that all individuals, regardless of their position or status, should be treated equally under the law.
If law enforcement officers broke into a building without a warrant, exigent circumstances, or any other legal justification, and they did so for personal reasons (such as to use the bathroom), they have committed a criminal act. The act of taping over cameras suggests an intent to avoid detection and could be seen as an attempt to obstruct justice or tamper with evidence, which could carry additional charges.
In such a case, the officers should be subject to the same investigation, prosecution, and penalties as any other person who committed the same crime. The fact that they were in uniform or on duty does not exempt them from the law; in fact, it could potentially exacerbate the situation, as they are held to a higher standard of conduct due to their role in enforcing the law.
If these officers are not prosecuted, it could be seen as a violation of the Equal Protection Clause, as it would suggest that certain individuals (in this case, law enforcement officers) are being treated differently under the law compared to ordinary citizens.
In a functioning legal system, accountability and equal application of the law are fundamental principles, and the 14th Amendment serves as a crucial safeguard to ensure that these principles are upheld.

The SS sure does. An agent rear ended my girlfriend and refused to give his name or insurance, just the badge flash. The police showed up and they wouldn’t give the info. They said she had to wait until a police report was written. So when will the report be written, “it could take a while, we are busy” is the response

Everyone that went into her business should be arrested for burglary at least, but that won’t happen, if someone was in the back doing something and heard someone breaking in that could’ve gotten really ugly.

You missed the third amendment violation of quartering the authorities in private quarters. Government can't enter your premises without permission or a warrant.

You are right. If they get away with this, it will mean that the government can come into your house and go to bathroom, eat your food. Take your valuables. Sleep in your beds and you have nothing to say about it.

Didn’t a secret service person shoot at someone who stole their car or broke into it … i forget the story. Whether they shot at perp or held at gunpoint. Either way, it happened at California where that would get you jail time or heavy fines.

Don't quite get having less camera coverage ( tape-over-cameras) somehow is a "positive" move for an upcoming, govt-security event....I'd think you'd want as many cameras running as you can for events like this....UNLESS it was meant to break into the business. That all said....how is it that we see porch camera footage at all?...I thought she taped it over? When did she tape it....AFTER they did all these things? Improbable.
