Bhai jaan, I have purchased 2 kanal in DHA for this price. Do invest in such luxury interiors. Eventually, it will become dated and drop in value. The location is what matters most and this is a good location but you can get better for much less. You're paying for a designer interior and not the land value. Interior depreciates and land appreciates! 😂

But there is always one thing that the video makers (or the designers) of the house forget ... mostly! Is this house sustainable? How green is it? If it is ....where is all that detail in the video? These points.....
1. How energy efficient is this house, in summers and winters? Where are the numbers?
2. Is it solar powered? Is this house helping reduce the carbon footprint as well as lessening the dependence on fossil fuels for electricity and cooking, heating also savings on monthly bills?
3. Is it water harvesting?
4. Recycling options?
5.kitchen garden?
6. Energy efficient lighting system? External and internal?
7. Double glazed or triple glazed windows?
8. Solar powered water heating?
9. Wall insulation, roof insulation? Temperature differences?
10. Laundry area / services?
I hope you have answers to these....

Such a nice and good presentation by the host. The exterior of the house is very good BUT I really don't understand that why builders in Pakistan spend huge amount of money on making such HOTEL like houses. This looks like a hotel, not a house from interieor. This is an example of show off, nothing more. A house should give a feelings of calm, harmony, and peace. Not shiny and so much colorful details all around. You will get bored of such details very quickly. This is such a waste of money and resources. You may not see such shiny interior designing in the developed countries.
Yes brother you are 100% right, but that is the demand of the market, if you visit DHA and you tyr to sell a house, this is exactly what people are looking to buy, thats the reason builders here are producing such high quality product with fully loaded hotel like features

Pakistani society is a show off society which wanna show their relatives that how rich they are by showing such expensive houses. The builders are fullfilling the demands of the market. But this kind of trend of the society should be discouraged. People may help to build the society by their resources but not building such an expensive houses.
