13:33 That statue is made by Diamond Select (DST). They make licensed statues with other characters too + some figures too. I have a bunch of statues from them. Some are quite cool! / Thing is.. they did make an MK11 version of Scorpion.. but for dunno what reason.. for SZ they went with the classic (MK2) costume 😁
Sadly the license for the MK pieces wasn't kept for a longer time.. so they only made SZ, Scorpion, Kitana and Raiden. They might get the license back after some time.. but for now.. that's it.
