yes, the Broadmoor klaxon cs8 sirens is a network of emergency escape sirens for the secure psychiatric hospital of Broadmoor in Berkshire, southern england
It the motor spinning the rotor it sucks the air to make sounds when the shutter is open when then the shutter closes no air can't get in unless the siren has a fault which means the shutters is stuck open or jam shut the ones that are jammed shut sound so terrible because no air can't get in causing it a horrible muffle noise the ones that are jam open all clear = sound normal but are not during wind downs escape tone = sound off toned during hi lo and wind ups and run downs
This one definitely takes longer to get up to speed than some of the others.
Motor must be a little tired

Sounds funny with that low tone damper stuck open. Now just imagine one with both of the dampers stuck open.

The two-tone should be the first tone and the one single tone should be the second

Imagine the high tone shutter was jammed shut and low tone shutter was working

thats strange never herd a broadmoor doing ''ALL CLEAR '' first then ''ESCAPE'' afterwards any reason to why it did the 2 signals in reverse?

its a good one only problem is the other shutter/solenoid is stuck but its still a goood video :)
Are you sure sounded like normal while I was there ?
maybe its because your on one side of the siren ? when the siren sounds Hi-Lo the shutter that you cannot see sounds to me likes its jammed open

if u play the video again were the escape signal is played you'l notice that when it does the low pitch it sounds a bit off
