Ingredients:
For the firni
milk 3 cup
cashew nuts 18-20 pieces
saffron 1 pinch
powdered milk 1/2 cup
cardamom 3 pieces
cinnamon sticks 2 pieces
clarified butter 1 tbsp
kewra water 1/2 tsp
for ice cream
whipping cream 300ml
condensed milk 2/3 cup
for decoration
chopped pistachios
chopped almonds
raisins

সম্ভবত ইগলুর ফিরনী ও পোলার এর ক্ষির আইসক্রিম, অনেকবার খেয়েছি, মোটামুটি খারাপ না। জানিনা অরা কি দিয়ে বানায় শুধু ফ্লেভারটাই পাওয়া যায়। তবে আপনার বানানোর স্টাইল দেখে বুজা যায় খুব স্বাদ ও পিওর হবে। ইনশাআল্লাহ একবার ট্রাই করবো। পোলারের দই আইসক্রিমটা আমার কাছে অনেক টেস্টি মনে হয়েছে, আশা রাখবো আপনি বানিয়ে আমাদের সাথে শেয়ার করবেন। ধন্যবাদ 😊
