your color chart looks way perfect. can you please explain how you avoided that white bubling or fibres sticking out ? i use NEXT LEVEL 3600 and they were never close to results you had on your sample shirts.

At 4:41 we go over the steps we use to dry the pretreat: light pressure, long hover and dried in 30 second intervals. As far as the print quality, I have to give credit to the Kothari NeoRIP software. That's how we get the best prints possible with the Epson DTG. i tried 22 26 30 and 36 grams @ 350F(30 seconds) on gildan 2000 and NL3600 @ 0/1 PSI but it still felt like cardboard. in my experience 325F@ 40sec and maybe a second press did a decent job and fabric feels way better than it did with the curing @ 350...
i cover the upper heating platen with a Teflon sheet and its almost 3 years old. do you think that old sheet is affecting in any way ?

Hey there! We try to be unbiased with what we offer and give all available options. The top performers in this testing for Epson DTG were: Teetreat, Epson concentrate diluted and Firebird gen 2.5

We would still advise a quick prepress before pretreating to lay the fibers down but drying wise should be fine either way

The setting used may have been in excess for some of the solutions but the goal was to have a even measuring stick to compare all the prints to objectively - same settings across the board with everything.
the problem was the bi-directional application. that put down double the amount of PT. only use that for high % poly blend

@@joelallen770 if you do a gram weight test it lays down the same amount in both directions. So if you have 10g uni then you have 20g bi
