Terrelong is just about 11.00 easily right now. She runs in spurts , any day she jumps out of the blocks without checking where the others are it will be 10: x x . She seem to have a false start concern most of the time . He leg speed is way more than we are seeing right now, she got rid of the long socks.
I have a feeling Thienna-Lee will run sub 11 at carifta or even at champs.

She can i just dont see it happening this year. Maybe next season. Don't get ahead of yourselves. Conditions an a perfectly executed race are factors. Unu think a so sub 11 come easy? One girl did it all of a sudden people think everybody with potential will too? That's not how athletics work. She can but not right now. Unu want see one bag a fast times first year class 2 then by time she leave school she has no use to her self? Note the age when alana did it. Let terelonge develop an the times will come.

Since you don't realize let me tell you then, terrelonge is first year class 2 and what she is doing is second year class 1 stuff. 11.24 with a slow start and a +0.9 tailwind is phenomenal, This young lady is special and i too believe she can go sub 11 this season or 11.0 she is on track to break both the class 2 100m and 200m records .
She definitely can. I see some people doubting her but what they keep forgetting is that she is first year class 2 and only 16yrs old. Plus 11.24 with a slow start and a+0.9 tailwind is phenomenal . She' is on track to run some blazing times this season
The one on the pink can definitely run more strengthening and a good coach she can go places 👍

A year of serious weights and work on her flaws she'll be good.
