Ich habe die ganzen Werdegang von den Sweet verfolgt , den es war meine Jugend Zeit. Man hatte kein Handy oder PC. Darum.hoffte man das Lied , auf das man lange gewartet hat , bei Disco mit Ilja Richter mit einem kleinen Handmikrofon ( ohne das jemand dazwischen geplaudert hat ) aufnehmen zu können . Und dann hat man auch schon mal eine LP zum Geburtstag oder Weihnachten geschenkt bekommen. Ich hatte einen ganz einfachen Plattenspieler ( ich war ja froh , daß ich überhaupt einen hatte .) Der Plattenspieler lief ,, heiß ". Schade , daß die Gruppe auseinander brach durch die Alkoholsucht von Brain . So war das in 70 -80. Jahren Marina

The most underrated band ever. No matter what they did. Unique, creative, and just had the knack for musical wizardry. You take the time to listen to their music and it will take you to levels you. Never thought you could rise to. Excellent rock and roll.
Once these boys ditched the Chinnichap bubblegum sound and played their stuff, we saw what they were capable of. They could hold their own with any of the hard rock bands of their era.

I always loved Fever Of Love. Great production and great song writing make a fantastic song. Not really a big hit, but one of my favorites by the band.
Great band appreciate your top ten. I think the album "Give Us a Wink" was their best total album. My favorite song from that was "The Healer". A total change in the way i viewed the band, their song writing skills and production were shining at that moment in time. They still shine for me, I always loved their music and always will!
