Wo chij aapko dealer se hi confirm karni padegi. Ki wo warranty continue karenga 2nd owner ke sath ya nahi. Book karane se pehle wo chij confirm kar lena.

Please never never never ever sell your car to true value dealers as they donot register your vehicle in the name of the buyer who buys it from the true value show room. My wife sold a vehicle to a true value dealer on exchange for a new nexa vehicle, they never did the name transfer and the car met with an accident and we were receiving court notice as the petitioner is demanding a huge compensation. They dont buy your used vehicle on a purchase affidavit , they also dont buy your used car vide cheque payment. The true value head quarters located in new delhi doesn't take any responsibility for the mistakes authorised True value dealers do.I have first hand experience of pain.The lawyer is swallowing money. The delivery receipt given by true value dealer is not accepted by the court in MCOP it's the owner s name in the RTO records. The criminal court will not do a fair trial so the unregistered owner gets the vehicle released from the magistrate as soon as the driver is convicted for rash driving and pays fine in court and is released the sad thing is the vehicle is released with out being auctioned to compensate so the unregistered owner takes custody of the vehicle and then transfer the RC to his name and pushes you into trouble.please dont sell to true value. Even when you suffer they watch the drama but they dont give you the copy of the delivery receipt signed by the person who bought the vehicle from the true value dealer and has committed the accident.

True Value vale hi sab paper work karke dete hai. RC transfer se leke Insurance transfer tak. Bas Insurance transfer hoga tab car ko Showroom me lana hoga inspection ke liye half n hour ka process hai.
