My first ballet class in next week. So far every other video I've been using to prepare/ have an idea of what I'm getting myself into, are your videos. Thanks.
Update: I ran for a month and did ballet excercises/ stretches 2 weeks before first class. I woke up in the middle of the night the next morning to leg akes.
did you go forward with your ballet classes?
Got up in front of my family showing some of my results. They were very happy with my progress! So thankful for your lessons, they really came in handy👌
Thank you so much for these videos I only started dancing a year ago and I’m 21 your Chanel is so helpful for me to get into ballet.
You're so welcome!
I love it, I am 61 and I love splits ❤ thank you for your help!
Hi from Germany!
I have been a ballet lover since the first covid lockdown in early 2020 (got into it through a TV show, which was followed by watching many documentaries about Vaganova Academy and other famous schools/companys on CZcams and so on...in December I'll attending my first live performance🙈)
Now I want to try ballet myself - I don't have any high aims, it would just be nice to reach the level where I can easily do a beginner/intermediate barre (for example the ones Kathryn Morgan does).
The problem is that I'm 21 (normal weight, no health conditions or anything like that) and haven't ever really been a sporty person at all. So while I'm not, like, technically "unable" to do ballet, it sometimes feels like it😂 I've got almost no muscles I can work with, same goes with flexibility (a few examples: I cannot do a downward facing dog/if I try splits, I don't reach anywhere remotely near the ground)
In the world of existing fitness/ballet youtube channels, I have found quite a few exercises I can do, but mostly in the same video, they are followed by some that are already too hard for me as an absolute beginner at fitness in general, not just ballet😅😅
It would be so great if maybe you could start a series aimed at people like me - once I've reached a basic level of strength and flexibility, I can do all thoses other videos that are too hard right now, but how do I get to that point?🙈
Hi! I'm literally in the same position you are...Pilates/yoga really helps! I would recommend Boho Beautiful and Move with Nicole as channels you can get daily workout videos to do from...from there I would say try Ballet Misfit's videos just to get an idea of basic ballet steps and what a ballet class looks like...also Fit and BEndy has a splits training series on youtube that is really good...hop this helps!
This was great! I love your attitude! You’ve inspired & encouraged me
Wooow! Thuan, I did love it! Fantastic! Thank you! 💗💗💗👏👏👏Flowers to the best teacher ever! 🌺🌺🌺🌺
I am an adult ballet beginner. Thank you so much for this video. I find it easy to follow and notice the second time I did it, it was much easier. I would try doing it every time I have a ballet lesson ❤
I love your videos ! 🙂

I’m a beginner and I’m working on my splits bc i can’t do it 😭
Can you make a video to work daily the arabesque and the développé seconde please ?
Very helpful I’m getting better thank you ❤
I do ballet but I can’t do the splits and this video helps a lot
i love thia routine thanks!!
How you do that
Hi ❤ How often should one repeat these exersizes? Everyday or? 😊 Thankyou
Hi! I went to do a barre exercise before watching this video and I struggled a lot. Of course like many of us here, I’m a beginner. My problem was that many of the workouts (even the beginner ones) wanted me to point my toes, and I still haven’t gotten that down yet. I’ve watched your video on it and others, but I guess it’s all a work in progress. I’m thinking that feet exercises will help me with this, but even while watching your absolute beginner classes I got frustrated. I don’t understand how people point their feet so quickly while doing tendus. Do you have any tips on this? Thanks! ***sorry for the long post 😅
it'll get better the more you practice. its normal to feel overwhelmed with the execises, don't give up, i struggled with it as well and i promise you'll pick up on it! :) try to wipe the floor with your second toe (it will also make you push your heel towards the front) and just try to stretch your leg (well, your whole body) as long as ypu can. everything else will come over time. i also recommend to warm up and work on your foot flexibility , look for exercises to improve your arch, there is great tutorials on youtube! :) good luck!
Im going to be doing this everyday and I’ll be back for the result!! See u in 2-3 months!!🎉
Did you can do a Split now ?
@@NikaMorasch nah I gave up im sorry it's pretty hard haha
