Today we embark on a journey through the realm of B-movie charm, starting with Waxwork 2: Lost In Time. Director Anthony Hickox and lead star Zach Galligan return for a sequel that cranks the wackiness up to eleven, exploring themes of fate, time battles, and love while paying homage to every genre under the sun. Next, we dive into the fun-filled horror comedy DEAD HEAT, directed by Mark Goldblatt and starring Treat Williams and Joe Piscopo. Despite its initial reception, we're here to champion this bad boy and proclaim - IT OWNS! Finally, we show some love for the mockbuster event of '93, Roger Corman's CARNOSAUR, a cheesy, gory, and downright fun Jurassic Park rip-off that may not have reached Spielberg's heights but certainly has its low-rent charms. Join us as we celebrate these cult classics and give them the adoration they deserve!

Will always love Dead Heat. My uncle was the multi-faced monster biker that attacks Roger and Doug. Got to visit set for a day when I was a kid Joe taught me how to throw a spiral 🏈 in between scenes.
As a kid I loved dead heat, this woulda have been a dream come true. So cool.
I enjoyed that film. Too bad there was no sequel filmed. I still use the concept and the length of time "alive" can be dialed from 0 to infinity. Randi James got 6 weeks. See the 1932 film "6 Hours to Live" similar concept which this resembles.
Vincent Price makes everything bearable
I love both Waxwork films, so much fun. Great video as always 😊💜🐾👍👋
You guys keep making me buy more movies. Dead heat looks amazing
I spent so much money on rentals every weekend. But there's something about having zero spoilers for what you're about to push play on. Thank you for the reminder of how good we had it. And a special shout out to Troma, and all the people that brought us Eating Raoul, Henry Fool, and the countless movies that graced the shelves of our local video shops, but are missing in action out there in the universe
These are all great. Especially Dead Heat. But if i may, one of my personal favorite B movies has always been Tales From the Crypt Demon Night. Williams Sadler gives an amazing and surprising performance, and Billy Zane steals every scene he's in. He definitely knew what kinda movie he was in. Couldn't recommend it more.
I freaking love the Waxwork movies
I love the old guy in the wheelchair during the fight in waxwork
I have very fond memories of Waxwork 2 and Dead Heat . Both films throw the kitchen sink into the mix and come out all the better for it. Super Fun films and a absolute must watch. Unfortunately hard to find and expensive in the UK
Dead heat is still one of my fav movies , I don’t what about it that I’ll keep watching it whenever I’m bored , I own it on dvd , Blu-ray and 4K ( which I own 2 copies in case)
i love dead heat, it draws a lot of parallel with kiss kiss bang bang.. the 3d act have an ambulance, bunch of bad guys and also a dead girl, shane black worked on both movies
I saw Dead Heat a very long time ago and remember enjoying it 😊💜🐾👍
LMAO when I was kid an read an article in movie mag stating "Will Carinosaur give Jurassic Park a run for the money at the box!!"🤣🤣🤣
I'm not crying....
Haha Joe was JACKED indeed!
BROOOOOO! Carnosaur got me in trouble so bad when I was a kid. I convinced my mom to rent it from our local shop. XD
You captured my love for Waxwork II completely. It is fantastic. Wish we got another one. Phantasm had a similar problem but managed sequels by abandoning my man Mike.

No Joe is resurrected and shot. I lived the script for Carnosaur but was ignored for the sequels since it leads toward a catastrophic event.
13:15: That's freakin Kolchak dude !
Yes indeed. He did the movie after he stopped playing that character.
What an excellent video!!
Thank you
I sure do miss video stores. Thankfully, I got to live in a town that still had one from 2020-2021. The closest thing we have to those where I live now are public libraries.
Great retrospective, def gonna watch out Waxwork 2 asap
0:03 Castle of Illusion!
😂 RIP good old true cocaine. I tried when I was 16. The effect only lasted 20 minutes, but wow, the total euphoria. I, who was usually very shy and spoke little, hadn't stopped talking 🤣 My friends laughed. Nowadays with that meth crap. Neighbors who don't sleep for three days and then the big down. They stay in bed for two days straight 🤣
Love Dead Heat!
14:34 that's "Mr. Wing" from the Gremlins films.
Alot B movie horror movie the special effects can usually be really good and well done they are also designed to be a product of its time mostly 80’s B movie horror movies
i would like to have seen the more bloody cuts from DH put back in.
14:44 isn't that Professor Subzero from The Running Man?
And Keye Luke a veteran of Hollywood for decades, Mr. Thule.
Lance! Been missing you brother! Great presentation!
I appreciate that! Thanks, dude
I've been working since I was 6. Pulling weeds in the garden on the family farm. I've been working every since and when I choose a Cola if it isn't Coke than it is RC. I loved the Waxworks Films and enjoyed Dead Heat. Still haven't seen the Carisous films. It looked darker than most films, especially the hippies chaining themselves to the equipment then the monster arrives to eat them. At least they didn't decide to wander off and have sex while a mask killer was out and about.
R.I.P. Treat Williams.
I'd compare the zombies in Dead Heat more to the ones in Return Of The Living Dead. Otherwise, great video.
No comparison as when you are resurrected you don't eat or drink. Just regenerate every 24 hours from Death Day. Like no other zombies and if you are allowed to go to full brain death you become a zombie minion for who ever orders you around.
I enjoyed Waxwork II, but Deborah Foreman was missed.
Carnosaur wasn't a rip-off as it was based on someone else's novel and came out before JP.
I thought Treet was Faceman from A-Team
Sorry no that was another actor who was on the original Battlestar Galactica.
@@randallbesch2424 no what i meant was i didn't realize it was Treet i was looking at. I thought the actor I was looking at was Dirk Benedict. Not that Treet was on A-Team.
Is this not a repackaged compilation of other older episodes? I liked them first time round, but heads up about it being a compilation would be nice. Thanks
I keep saying this, they’re scamming for views and likes
@@orion834 I swicthed off as soon as i saw it was a repackage. Too many are appearing. view chasing:(
@@juxapostion it seems whoever runs this channel was demanding a 1-2 video a day policy, and now they are literally OUT of horror movies to make videos about 🤣…greed
Not to me.
😈
First yessss
Joe piscopo was funny on snl but not so much afterwards
Fuck Waxwork. I barely watched the first one on VHS around 87 or so and as soon as one of the kids said something to the effect of "Hey there's a new waxwork opening this weekend" as if waxworks or wax museums or the fuck they're called were as common and normal as a new movie coming out, I pretty much lost interest. Never saw another one of the movies or remakes. As much as I love splatter, wax museum movies never did it for me.
Joe piscopo has annoyed me since childhood. I don't know what it is about him
I feel the same about Jack Black. Just can't watch him. No real idea why.
Nah, making fun of vegans or hippies has never been taboo, and no one is 'too sensitive' for it now, since it simply never went away. If anything it's just uninspired and unoriginal, and the only people that do it try REALLY hard to tell everyone they're doing it. but nobody cares anymore.
I Found Waxwork And Waxwork 2 On TUBI. Waxwork 2 Sounds Like When Groundskeeper Willie Told Bart You Got The Shinning Not Shining You Wanna Get Sued See What I Did There.
