I use very little heat on my hair - maybe just once or twice a month. It makes a big difference! I also only wash my hair 2-3x a week and use a gentle shampoo. Other than that, I just avoid harmful products and chlorine. I pretty much try to keep my hair as natural as I can (besides retouching / redyeing it red). :)

So happy you tried it! When my hair got much longer, it became difficult to contain it in a bun. The method I shared really helps put it in place, and it works for medium + long hair too. Often, I only need a hair tie and no bobby pins, and it actually stays the whole day! 😊
