Tip(s) from a Wattson that's been playing her since season 2: at 0:32 at this zipline specifically, place your fences in between the zipline and that post, instead of in front of the post. I've had countless people just climb the post and destroy the fence on that zip.
Never pick the arc star generation pylon upgrade unless you are solo. Rez-ing a teammate with more health is far more useful. The arc star gen is kind of a gimmick ngl.
And as for purple sheild upgrade, I almost always go power pylon, but if you have a loba that you can use to get tons of ult accels the other upgrade is more ideal because you can just spam your ult and crank those accelerants fast.
4:05 when in bang smoke, always place a fence directly in it because people are likely to run into it, plus you are beside your ult so you can afford to spam fences.
When you place your ult and go near it, there is a giant blue circle. If a nade lands in that circle, it will be destroyed. Always throw nades up and away from the ult.
2 tips for quick fencing: 1. When you are in fence mode, you have a dot in the middle of the screen, which is your cursor, and a sideways bracket right under it. That bracket is where your fence will be placed, not the dot. 2. I personally struggled with placing fences quickly at max distance, it can be difficult on controller to play a fence as far as possible, which ties into the bracket tip I mentioned earlier. I recommend practicing placing fences at max distance so you don't place short panic fences in the heat of battle.
I'm not trying to nitpick your gameplay or act like I'm a better player, because you very much are a better player than I, but I do have 150 days on controller on Wattson and most Wattson guides are for m&k players. Good video and I hope to see some good Wattson clips in the future
As a M&K Wattson main, fencing on roller just sounds like suffering
@@suzu9404 you get used to it after a while, and it's not likely you'll ever fence as good as lamic, but it's the price of aim assist I suppose
@@oldjebidiahbrown2454I play on controller but have been thinking of switching to M&K just to have better movement. Moving like a demon would be worth giving up aim assist IMO

The thing about the Rampage is, it can kill you in 5 shots, or you shoot a whole clip for 13 damage. There is no in between. I hate it, but charged up, its the scariest sound.
The Wattson Pylon Tower has become the new version of the building across from Train Station. Sooxfar (and Rich) have mastered the angles and strategies for winning extended gunfights. You frequently see them in your videos. An explainer or "how to" video would be welcomed!

I always pick res with 50hp and double the hp and heal capacity. In a 1v1 i set my gen in the open and let the enemy empty their mag on it just so i could have a safe push against someone with an empty gun lol.
At the end when you got the res the 50hp kept the ballistic in the fight after a batt

I feel like someone missed the boat on making a video playing with every legend and explaining every preferred perk per legend. Don’t use the ones that suck because that would be tedious but I would watch that because I still don’t know what other players are doing with there perks to watch out for

The evidence of audio issues is uuuge in this vid... The number of times you climbed over a box to see the guy on the other side not even looking at you tells me they heard nothing.
The last 2 or 3 days has been the worst I've had in Apex with sound issues and I have played since day dot.
