    The touchscreen is color. They just use a monochrome menu. The model images on the SD card are yellow.

    Today the courier delivered me SW x3 pro... setting the level on this Pei plate after warming up is a nightmare, 4 points on the corners are ok and the fifth one in the middle is too tight... the plate was deformed after warming up. The first Benchy turned out OK because I took into account the shift of the z axis, the second time it detached from the Pei plate about half of the print. The third time it started printing 5 cm to the right instead of in the middle and the filament didn't even stick to the plate. I did some bed leveling, ran the benchy again and it turned out better. Now the printer has started printing a large print, so far the first layer is ok. I'll let you know what comes out of it when it's finished (in about 1.5 days ;) ). I'm optimistic for now, maybe this printer just needs a little more time with the settings...

      It definitely needs some extra attention on initial setup.

      @@3DPUK-TECH-CHANNELHello again, unfortunately the printer fails print after print. I'm probably dealing with heat creep... I reduced retraction to a minimum, lowered the printing temperature, maxed out cooling. Nothing helps. Do you have an idea how to deal with this? Larger prints fail by 1-3%... For now, the only thing I can print on the Sidewinder x3 pro is a tiny benchy :( .

      @@michagromek6342 Having similar problems I think. It's the Z axis offset that keeps changing. I level before every print and each time I have to adjust it on the negative side. When the print starts I have to pause and adjust some more. Not sure yet what's causing this.

      @@yaro137 bed is warped in my case , points 1-4 set to sheet of paper , point 5 ( center point) is almost 2mm higher ... they ( artillery support ) said , they will send new hotbed...

    How do we get the hot end apart? How do we replace the nozzle? I found nothing on CZcams about it.

    Hi, I printed the boat and then did the update. I use the slicer they provide and the prints I try to print get about a quarter inch and the head runs into it. It’s like the Z step isn’t moving high enough with each layer. Is that something wrong in the slicer?

  • @norwegiangadgetman
    @norwegiangadgetman Před 3 měsíci

    I got one trhis week...
    The Hot-end registered -14degrees. That was caused by the flex cable not being properly installed in the print carriage. Sorted in moments.
    Only 2 of the 3 wires for the Filament sensors were actually in the plug. I'm fixing that today. Shitty assembly quality.
    I effing HATE using uSD cards on machinery that has room for proper cards, so I'm going to mount a uSD to SD adapter to the printer with some double-sided tape. I do that with all my printers...

      @@3DPUK-TECH-CHANNEL Got the plug sorted. They HAD crimped it, but the crimp on the bare wires was not good enough, and the crimp on the insulation was almost open.
      This is typical of the hurry up and ship it to the clueless forreignes crap they always do.
      I used to pull on the wire after crimping it into the pin, before inserting it into the plastic plug back when I assembled more electronics at home. It takes only a moment...
      I REALLY can't reccommend this printer to newcomers in the hobby.

    Good night from Spain.
    I just bought this printer and I have some problems that maybe you can help me solve.
    What slicer do you use?
    The first test line is not printed on the edge of the bed.
    When cleaning the nozzle, the extruder hits the rear vertical part of the receptacle... it doesn't seem normal to me.
    Thanks for your help
    All the best
    Alex

    Hi!
    You use the 100% print speed or you reduce the print speed on the printer adjust menu when she starts printing?

    Nice video, thanks for the review. Would like to ask you a couple of questions regarding this new model... I already own an Artillery SW-X2 that has given me lots of issues with the printing and now I'm at the point of thinking of getting a new one to resume printing. I must say it was my first 3d printer and I'm absolutely new to this world. I would like to make multi colour impressions (2-3 colours as much), and in the X2, there was an issue with the M-600 code that the printer wasn't able to run and didn't stop the printing. Does this new model work with it? Is there any other printer that you would recommend instead of this Artillery? Thank you very much!

    • @diegotendero963
      @diegotendero963 Před 7 měsíci

      hello! To activate m600 in x2 you just have to refresh the screen. It is very simple. Load file on SD card smaller than 8GB and formatted fat32 4096 bytes. You turn on the printer, it updates and you turn it off. I leave you a video: czcams.com/video/ogrhCsuxKqs/video.htmlsi=LpwatV0x3kCPEyta
