Hi. Has anyone changed the hot-swap socket? They are terrible in the drain, they can't be used. Or what can be done about it?

you still have to screw the plate, pcb and switch compartment into the case. Try skipping to 5:28
Hi, i would really appreciate an answer. Can I remove the 3.7mm dampener at the top of the pcb? Or it is recommended not to remove it? Thank you
if you remove the 3.7 mm dampener the board wont be able to work since the foam also acts as a gasket. You can skip to 3:35 for visual representation.

how does this compare to the tofu60?
From my experiences i think that this is better than the Tofu
But its all preference though

If you take out the bottom foam it will sit flush
