Hy Mam. I got reject my f1 visa and instantly I got back my passport. I again tried to take another interview date but I am not able to take it since my passport status says The passport is still in the US embassy. It's been 12 days the same message is shown . What should i do now ? What is happening ? Can anyone give any solutions to me ??

What if I don't have access to portal and an agent did the application. Now the agent is saying he's role is done and when I'm trying to find by my passport number it FL says no status update.
