We are a husband and wife couple in our mid 60's, looking for a new construction single family home preferably a ranch style in the low $200K to $250K. We are doing our research on where exactly in NC we would like to build a home. Maybe you can give some suggestions and hopefully you can help us. Our plan to check out NC was supposed to be this summer 2020 but had to postpone due to the pandemic, we are thinking of flying there by March or April 2021.
