Hands down Jimin. Even though there are many backup dancers we can see he's still the focus point...he's stage presence is just mesmerizing! In JK's dance performance practice JK kinda got loss among the backup dancers.

Jimin is one of the best artists and singers of this decade, in my opinion, he deserves more recognition our little jimin 🥺💗
The difference is that not only did Jimin write the lyrics, compose the melody, & help produce “Set Me Free Pt.2”. but was hands on in every other facet, including being involved with the actual choreography, the filming of it, making sure the spacing was right, kept going over every aspect repeatedly til everything met his approval. Even the walk he did in the beginning he did over & over til he felt the effect & feel was right. This was opposed to JK who said himself that he chose others to create his songs, known hitmakers in the business, and just followed the direction & advise of the choreographers to dance the best he could. It made all the difference having the actual choreographers be part of the backup dancers. Everyone’s priority is different, Jimin is not only into performing but the artistic, creative process, creation as well as in all other aspects, whereas I believe JK is more interested in the end result in performing, being able to sing the songs that were created for him as well as being able to dance the choreography, all so the end result will be that it will be a hit, a huge success! And in process receiving more acknowledgment, becoming more famous as an idol, which he’s stated as well in interviews. Both members have different desires and goals, So I believe that also might explain the end result in comparing either song or performance. ☺️

But one cannot see the performance as well without it being filmed to do it justice, which indeed JIMIN also had a hand in! Also Jimin kept filming certain dance sequences over til it was danced as well as filmed to perfection! But I do believe that how much one is involved in the creation of the song, reflects one’s performance that much more since the more one has their own input in a song, the more that artist pours their heart, soul, & very essence into the performance, will show when watching even the dance practice of SMFP2. Even in the behind the scene it showed just how much Jimin was involved in every aspect including the choreography itself, but also the way it was filmed! Just wanted the whole look & feel of the choreography as well as the performance to be as close to sheer perfection as possible. So yeah, I believe it all ultimately reflects the end result of what is being watched & discussed here. Indeed they even talked about the way SMFP2 was filmed as well as how Jimin walked, which Jimin spent so much time filming over & over to get the right effect & feel! There is so much that goes into the end result of the choreography that’s being discussed! 🙏👍😅🙌🕺🥰

Honestly? You have to ask? Jimin’s SMFP2 hands down! There’s no competition! It’s artistic, it’s original - it doesn’t follow the same old western ‘I’ve seen it a million times over’ formula, HE and his dancing are the focal point, not his dancers! They are amazing but they compliment Jimin’s dancing, not the other way around - BIG difference! It’s HIS song, not somebody else’s and the anthemic sound is just epic!
So 3D is not JK's song? So all song of Jimin is Pdogg's song too... He is first in the writing credit... Jimin is 4th to 5th on the credits so he contributed maybe 1 to 2 lines out of how many lines.. 25 or 30 lines? So before you say that's Jimin's song to his fans.. Say that's Pdogg's song to you guys first..
@@user-ud8nh6xy4i- If you actually saw Jimin’s FACE album documentary, which apparently you have not, you’d know that j8min indeed was the one that wrote all the lyrics, & composed the melody, even helped produce. The credit listings are never totally accurate. But there is actual proof if you’d have watched the documentary. Jimin wrote most of all other songs as well as composed & involved 8n production of his other songs on album as well, even was the one that played guitar for Letter on the album. Pdogg as well as other 2 producers also added their ideas, and of English lyrics he had help with.

But when it’s JK, you’re all in on take-down mode as ‘solos’. All that you’re coming at me with, is exactly what you do on a daily basis to others when it’s JK involved. Jimin and the choreography of Set Me Free Pt. 2 is crazy good. It's not only the moves, it has a modern dance feel in the way that the choreo expresses the words and emotions of the song. Also more effort put into the camera movements.

the best comparison between the two is artistry vs tiktok hit. When you listen to jimins music one of his most special character traits is how he's able to deliver stories throughout his performances while jungkook songs just sonically sound good. I think jimin you would need to have a bit more understanding behind his songs to truly appreciate his music but choreo wise jimin easily won with smf in his discography

both are good choreographies, when I saw jk's performances in the USA they were incredible but since he had several professional choreographers as support it was obvious that they wanted to stand out since each one has their own style and they are very good dancers, 3D is also a choreography easier, more fun and is more accessible to tik tok, the difference with stmf pt2 is that this is more artistic and tells a separate story that jimin has always been very good at interpreting the lyrics of the songs with his body
That’s exactly it. On kpop stages with camera tricks and focus the choreographies look better than they actually are. But with the American stages when you see all the dancers and formations, it’s slightly underwhelming. And in jk’s case he’s a decent dancer but his background dancers ate him up. That’s why he was dragged by those American stans in the usher remix . It wasn’t racism. But kpop Camera tricks aren’t a thing in the west. You see everything like in a dance practice and you really have to hit all the moves or it will be noticed.
They can't be compared! They are different approaches, Jungkook is a pop star and Jimin is more artistic. They are both excellent
