- 3 cups all poupose flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup heavy cream
5 eggs
3 stick butter unsalted
1 pack cream cheese
1 cup toasted coconut
1 1/4 cup pecans chopped and toasted
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon butter extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
ICING RECIPE
3/4 CUP PECANS CHOPPED AND TOASTED
2 cups powder sugar
1/2 pack cream cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 tablespoon butter unsalted
1/4 cup toasted coconut
bake on 350 for 30 to 35 minutes

This is the cream cheese pound cake you want. Mine in a tube pan because of no Bundt pan, always a bit too dry and crumbly.
