But Israel can subject Gazans to decades long blockade, travel restrictions, ongoing evictions & expanding settlements on Palestinian land & farms in the West Bank, an apartheid system of road blocks, military checkpoints & 'Israeli only' access, can arrest & indefinitely detain Palestinian civilians without charge or legal representation, prosecute them - including children, in military courts??

The world will support a non biased judicial system that is fair, just, credible and allows a jury to debate and decide the innocence or guilt of anyone defended by legal counsel of their choice. President Biden would do well to respect that although he could improve things in the American Supreme Court with its non disclosures, tax evasions and corporate billionaires with some wish lists of their own.
