The the constant violence, political climate, pandemic and social issues have clouded my creativity. I’ve needed to stop and just be. I’ve needed to be here because success can corrupt anyone. If I’m successful in the world and failing at home, my priorities need to change.
But we been working, we partnered with @DoveMen, dropped the Dads documentary on Apple TV, I was a guest on own and black love, and We are releasing The Love Collection this Thursday at 6pm PST

The Love Collection
Love is intentional. Love is a choice. Love is essential. Which is exactly why we’re choosing to
make it the center of our first merch launch. Our world is in a state of chaos that has made the
majority of this year one of great emotional, spiritual and physical struggle. The solution is love.
We have spent the last few months learning how to love ourselves, our partners, our neighbors
and our world better, because it’s the only thing that will bring us back together. This collection
is meant to ground us in our journey to love, to heal and to prosper in the face of great
uncertainty and pain.
Love Thy Neighbor
Loving thy neighbor is a simple thing to do when your neighbors are your friends, family and
support systems. This becomes difficult when our neighbors are people we may not like, know,
or identify with, because as we know it’s easier to love the people in your circle. Even still, we
are called to love all of our neighbors, encourage them, be kindhearted with them, and as
Matthew says, “Love thy neighbor as thy self.” (Matthew 22:39) This design was created to
remind us to help a stranger, do our enemy a favor, and make sure the people around us feel
as though they’ve been loved right.
Black Love
Black love is not a ploy to discredit any other type of love. Black love is a triumph over
oppression, over the dismantlement of family, over pain and violence and falsehood. Black
love is a return of what was taken from us, because our being together was an obstacle in the
eradicating of a people. It is the re-enforcement that a Black man and a Black woman CAN
love each other, despite depictions of Black men as dangerous brutes and Black women as
difficult and loose. Black love is realizing that there is POWER in being united with people who
understand you; especially now, when to be understood means to be validated in feelings of
fear, anguish, and pain as your people are wrongfully hurt. Black love is evidence of God’s
divine provision in our lives, and, “therefore what God has joined together, let no one
separate.” (Mark 10:9) This design was created to remind us that love is powerful, and that
Black love is in itself, an act of righteous defiance.
Love is Magnetic
Love is an undeniable presence. It has the ability to not only fix broken things, but to make
them better than they ever were. When love is in the room, so are compassion, kindness,
humility, gentleness and patience, which heal all that they encounter. Wherever you are in the
world right now, there is a need for healing, and so, “beyond all these things, put on love,
which binds them all together in perfect unity.” (Colossians 3:14) This design was created to
remind us that no matter how negative, the positive energy of love can last through whatever.
