And regarding Tibetan muslim, I personally feel that they are very precious part of our tibetan community. Their presence gives diverse and secular dimensions to our society... We are not really a true buddhist if we cannot respect other religions...

This young lady didn't converted into muslim. perhaps some viewers fail to understand this. her father is tibetan muslim. There is plenty of tib muslim population. There ancestry goes back centuries old when some muslim traders from places like kashmir goes to Tibet for business. later on some settled there and some of them married tib women's. They have huge influence on tib culture. infact tib songs lk nangma are said to be derived from muslim nagma. There used to be famous muslim singers and artist at lhasa during olden times. infact how tib Buddhist and muslim coexist peacefully is lesson for world to see. Kudos. and for this young lady who was born in darjeeling and still speak such a fluent tibetan is inspiration for young genre.
