Hey Linda, if you are feeling pain and swelling from a tooth gurgle with salt/vinegar. It has helped me when I had tooth pain. I am horrible though because I eat the chips with both ingredients. I do take the emergen-c with turmeric and ginger in it. Also daily vitamins. Sending you lots of hugs.
