Welcome to The Alley. Hancock has relocated for a quieter life as bartender and boss of this red light district in Hangman’s Alley. The Minutemen stop by from time to time, and MacCready has a running tab which he hasn’t paid on in two weeks.

Hangman's is one of the more challenging builds in the game without mods so this is brilliant! Great to see a no mods builder achieve something this well done. Excellent work!
Agreed. It would have been great to have a workbench in an abandoned building, or under a bridge. When build with mods I always find a random cool spot somewhere in the commonwealth to build

Great work. Good layout and no use of creation club. Apparently creation club counts as mods to some people regardless that the game doesn't remove achievements for it. 😅. Probably why my hangman's alley video did so poorly. Honestly i think ya did it more justice. Awesome clutter and lighting.
Thanks! I appreciate you checking out the build. I also learned most of my techniques from Skooled Zone. Pillars and rugs make almost anything possible 👍
This is dope! I have grand building ambitions but find it difficult to know where to start. So often it ends up with a boring, open-floor-plan 3-level monolith. The layers of this build are what I aspire to.
Thanks very much! My first build were the same… over sized and hard to detail. Try keeping things small. Have a few structures no more than two floor sections, so it forces you to style it up. Make your small shacks each have a singular purpose. You will have the layers you want. 👍 Go build main street somewhere and post it up!

This will stand the vase up straight and you can move it around easier. When your shelf is full, you should be able to select the shelf and all the vases will stay put. I noticed the navmesh in this place sucks balls and my settlers would be stuck not being able to get anywhere, so i kinda avoided building here since then. But this has inspired me to tey again
Thank you very much!! The settlers are moving around pretty well, but they will not go past the corner of the building on the east end of the alley. So they won’t go up in those structures. I didn’t assign any of the ladies to any job, so they will walk around a lot. I like how they randomly lean against the walls in different places. Makes it look like they are waiting for a customer. 😎 The biggest problem I found here was using pillars to group select things. The settlement will not allow you to sink things in to the ground very deep, so it created some real difficulty to use that technique. But the alley is a great location. Lots of ways to theme a build here. Thanks for checking it out! Cheers!!
Thanks! I’m not sure how long I worked on it really…. I built it a few years ago but abandoned it. When I got a new xbx I started looking thorough old builds and thought I should resurrect it. The truth is I’ve been tinkering with it on and off for a while. Parts that I initially built I ripped out and started over. Changed rooms around. Lightbulb goes off in my head and I try to create something weird. Typical for my scattered brain😂
Thanks! The red lights are cycling lights. You should find them in the misc tab under power. Not sure if they are vanilla or maybe from wasteland workshop
Thanks! Yes I spent a long time tinkering with it. I built quite a few things and changed it a bunch along the way. I’m glad it came out like I wanted I to 👍
Han-Cocktails, allways shoots (stabs) first ... I just noticed Hancock might actually be a Hansolo refrence ... since he killed first the first time we saw him.
Yes! No mods used for this build. The xbx makes the game run so much better when building I was able to expand a lot, and it came out just like I wanted it to. Thanks for checking it out. Cheers!
I have no idea how you managed to setup the upstairs above Hancock’s bar without mods, I’m struggling on vanilla Survival to do so. Also, what is that metal side panelling that the Hancock neon light is placed on, I don’t recall ever seeing that? Thanks for the inspiration, I’m trying to make it a bunker instead of a red light district.
I use the long weapons racks to make those signs. The weapons shop and the clinic signs are made out of them as well. Above the bar is pretty straightforward. I just used a couple floor sections and the warehouse walls. Some walls were snapped in, and I may have used a rug or pillar to place other sections that were added as trim. Thanks for checking it out 🤘
I set the table surfaces on each side of the bar with rugs. You can see them on the floor in the vid. They will be sunk in to each side of the bar just a bit, so you have to place the table on the very edge of the rug to get it just right. If I need to sink the table at all, I use the pillar and rug together. Hope that helps. Cheers!

ferb i know what we’re gonna do today
Nice dude! always really liked to play with builds for hangmans alley. How long did it take to build this?
Typical for my scattered brain😂
awesome build. What pack do those red light bulbs come with?
Thanks! The red lights are cycling lights. You should find them in the misc tab under power. Not sure if they are vanilla or maybe from wasteland workshop
Awesome!!!
Thanks!!
Side piece, him and...talent agency? So they gotta try out first? Great build, but subbing for the signs alone!
Glad you dig it 😅
Thx!
very impressive, that had to take some time...
I didn't see Hancock kill. I killed. :)
14:00 this is the red light district we need.
This settlement build is hilarious great job i can finally build something like this and that useless alley. Is this all vanilla?
Yes! No mods used for this build. The xbx makes the game run so much better when building I was able to expand a lot, and it came out just like I wanted it to. Thanks for checking it out. Cheers!
Very cool
Thanks!
Thanks for checking it out 🤘
Idk why in Fallout 76 it’s easy to be creative but in Fallout 4 I have a hard time being this creative.
His and Herpes. Lmfao! This guy's been through the bullshit of dating like many.
thx! Killer username
Awesome
Thank you kindly sir! 🫡
Yet another build of which I am eternally jealous. Mine always look like poo
Junk makes it all look finished. 👍
Thanks!
This is insane
Thanks!
What is the outfit on the mannequin at 14:49 ? Also such a cool idea for a build!!
Thanks! That is the Nuka Girl rocket suit armor.
Sick
Thx man! Glad you dig it 🤘
How did you set up that bar counter where Hancock is? Can’t make mine look as clean :/
Cheers!
