Janos Starker used to play with his eyes closed and Arabella Steinbacher still does. This is a wonderful performance. The only fiddler who could do it better is Mischa Elman. Bravo!!!
You should go and check out SoHyun Ko a 12 year old South Korean girl. She smokes this performance. HeifetzPEG 2018 SoHyun Ko, Sarasate Zigeunerweisen, Op. 20 I came here just to see some one else play it and was disappointed. The violin SoHyun plays is far better sounding. My guess is she is playing Guaneri del Gesu violin.
@@michaeldavis4880 So hyun co is very good for her age and extremely good technically, but nowhere close to the emotion that Clara Jumi Kang emits.Zia Shin is the best at this, at least her rendition according to my taste.Both of them are top 5 in the world today.You can become a technical master and marvel, but if the emotion is not there, it is extremely difficult to find it.I hope So hyun finds it in order to become complete and rise to the top. There is an 11 year old Japanese girl, Murata, i believe is her name who is extremely emotional at her playing with extremely good technique to accompany it.She is destined for grateness.
역시 강주미의 연주는 빈틈없이 안정적이고 훌륭하다. 다만, 강주미의 다른 뛰어난 연주들에 비한다면 이 영상의 지고이너바이젠 연주는 기교적으로는 나무랄 데 없으나, 오히려 그녀의 월등한 기량이 곡에 대한 연주자의 긴장감을 떨어트려 곡에 대한 농밀한 해석과 표현이 약간 아쉽게 느껴지는 연주라고 감히 평가해본다. 피아노 반주자의 호흡도 템포조절에서 약간 아쉬움이 느껴지는데.. 전체적으로 훌륭한 연주지만, 화면으로 봐도 강주미씨 본인도 아주 만족할만한 연주는 아니었던듯 싶다. 그래도 강주미의 연주는 늘 작은 흠결조차 여유나 개성으로 느껴질 정도로 안정감 있고 아름답다. 이 연주도 그렇다. ♥

피아노와 먼가 안맞아서 그런듯해요. 피아노부터 속도가 왓다갓다해서 아쉬워요...일부러 밀어치는 부분에서 자기혼자 확 나가버리니까..
