Heavenscale is a new Epic skin for Kai'Sa that was released in January 2024. This Epic LOL skin features a brand new set of visual effects for Kai'Sa, as well as a total makeover of her looks.
Heavenscale Kai'Sa costs 1350 RP, and can be purchased from the League of Legends store.

How does this skin lack of Kai'Sa elements when they gave her face marks and a full mask? Also, even though Lagoon Dragon and Heavenscale are dragon themed, they have nothing to do with each other, since Lagoon Dragon is much more focused on the water element, and Heavenscale is more focused on the Lunar New Year celebration with a more "divine" aproach.
This skins is gorgeous, very elegant model and detailed fvx.

Yeah this guy definitely goes above and beyond for really showing aspects of if it's worth it (comparing to other skins, slowing down/mentioning sound, "feel") vs simply doing a basic demo. Not that there's anything wrong with skinspotlights which shows not only everything but even before they're released, but these videos actually help so much to compare skins on a champion or skins within a theme!
Nearly all of Kai'sa's skins are Eastern themed.
Bullet Angel was inspired by Battle Angel Alita, a Japanese Action Manga
K/DA skins were inspired by K-pop
Arcade was inspired by American and Japanese Arcade games
SG is Japanese Magical Girl inspired
Lagoon Dragon and Inkshadow are influenced by traditional Chinese culture and Heavenscale is another one
Even iG has strong traditional oriental touches to it
That's why Heavenscale doesn't bring anything new to her. She can now have something more… Western Superhero/Villain inspired theme… like something reminiscent of Venom

To be fair, the skin is not bad, but for me I feel like it brings nothing new. It's just Kai'sa wearing different clothes again. With kda all out hair, which I hated.
So few of her skins dive into her "living suit" theme. What I really wanted to see was CCN Kai'sa in all her gory Lovecraft glory. Alas, so far, it's just a dream.
I already have all her skins. Maybe I'll buy this one on a sale or something

By no Kaisa elements I mean that they keep creating skins based of KDA Kaisa rather than her default design. For instance, her guns are once again weird decorations flying behind her rather than something essential to her outfit.
Not sure how to feel about this skin but I do love the gromp. I love kai’sa but I’m also sick of her being shoehorned into so many skinlines that just don’t need her and have way better fits.
