The fact that Frieza’s race is born with a high amount of power, strength, and endurance could imply that their home planet has a very harsh environment where only the strong survive.
I imagine it like a vast arctic planet , based off their cold-themed names.
That would kind of remind me of Boros's or Doomsday's worlds.

Frieza’s Race are way to Privileged for a few reasons
1. They are giving a very high Battle Power at Birth
2. Also getting a very high Battle Potential
3. They get to customise Power Suppression Forms
4. Finally they have a very strong Transformation (Golden Form) that they get to choose how it looks

Two things: First, another fan term for Frieza Race is Arcosian. Second, while uncommon, some monarchs have used their last names as their titles, so Cold could potentially be a surname, making Frieza Cold, Cooler Cold, and Chilled Cold.

Arcosian was a dub error but even if it wasn’t it’s clear the wasn’t frieza’s race from the images of them
I wonder if cell being able to revert back to his larvae stage is just an incomplete version of frieza’s power suppression
Freeza's race, Frost Demons, Arcosians or whatever you call them... Seems to be the perfect race.
-They are the ultimate warrior race, born powerful (high attack/defence) and have even more potential than any Saiyan.
-Although they can't regenerate like the Nemekians, they can survive almost anything (high HP), I believe this is why Cell can survive being blown into bits.
-They can modify their bodies at will for different appearances and control/boost their power level
-They have a ton of badass and OP tricks up their sleeve: Death beams, Death sphere (Supernova), telekinesis and more
-They have long lifespans and can reproduce asexually. How? Idk. And they don't seem to need much food either (unlike the Saiyans which eats so much that Freeza can't afford their food bill)
My theory about the shiny parts in his races body is that they are gas pockets for them to be able to breathe in space.
They also could just be accessories. I like your idea though
so the gems store oxygen for them?
I like the idea that their just walking tanks that don't care if their's no oxgen or if their cut in half.
i've seen people compare frieza's race to lizards a lot but i think they might actually be closer to cockroaches. i have a theory that the power suppression forms are similar to an evolved larval stage. just think, the exoskeletons, the crazy durability, not to mention cells seemingly "out of nowhere" bug like features. the only species unaccounted for in that regard would be frieza's. but thats just a theory for now
The first suppression is freaky, I mean some insects do get like that. I think he could be some kind of hybrid though due to the tail.
Although in the Japanese language, the word for "insect" doesn't mean just that, but also like worms and stuff. So the bug features could be due to Piccolo, I dunno. Daimaou's offspring were pretty diverse and freaky, after all.
Parthenogenesis is likely how they reproduce, if they dont have females they would likely be able to reproduce by themselves. Since its dragonball is very possible they also have the ability to give their children certain traits that distinguish them. Like How frieza and cooler’s colors are inverted from each other.
So its entirely possible they self reproduce and why they have stupid potential due to genetic tampering while in gestation from their parent.

Theory: Frieza's 1st, 2nd, and 3rd forms have pink bits, those could be his muscles as the forms are just suppressing his power. Explains why Frieza's base doesn't have them when his earlier forms have them.

The fact he survived getting diced up makes me suspect Frieza's consciousness doesn't actually reside exclusively in his brain but rather is spread throughout his entire body. Be interesting his intelligence gets divided with his body parts. So long as one piece of him remains, he's not truly dead, thus he must be vaporized. But really since he can't regenerate, cutting him up and scattering him throughout the universe or multiverse would be an amusing form of torture since his self-awareness would be scattered far and wide, and he'd feel it, or the separate scraps of his consciousness would, especially if he's been cut up into pieces no larger than grains of sand, so to would his dismembered consciousness be equally divided and scattered.
That would actually explain where Cell’s absolutely insane regeneration came from.

I can only guess, but I assume Frieza's race reproduces by "growing" new members of their own species. They could do this by using a process that is very similar to how they grow pieces of armour and clothing for themselves. King Cold, for example, could have created Frieza by "growing" a sample of his own tissue. Perhaps using a piece of his own skin, or, a sample of his blood. Just a theory, though.

1. Frieza's family did not want anyone from their race to surpass them and they destroyed the planet
2. Frieza's race was actually a caring alien species's and frieza's family did not like it and slaughtered everyone on the planet

In xenoverse 1 and 2 we see many frieza races so that theory is unlikely

Xenoverse follows the multiverse theory, so it's very likely those FrostDemons time patrollers we see are from alternative timelines "aka" not the original/canon timeline the manga and anime follows. so his theory is still very plausible.
I'm pretty sure king cold does have all the forms, he just stays in 2nd form to look bigger and more intimidating, and since he was killed before he could transform and no one ever had a reason to revive him he never had the chance to change forms
maybe he only has 2 forms, final and his regular one, and he stays in his regular one to control his power and look a bit more monstrous, and since he never used his final form much, even less that frieza, he wasn't very well adapted at using it so when trunks injured him he couldn't conjure the strength needed to summon it.
@@projekttaku1 They can have as many forms as thay see fit, i suspect this race is like shape-shifting aliens who have base form, which changes on how fast/small they need to be or how strong/muscular they need to be when facing strong opposition..
I think the fact that the race is considered "evil" is from the fact that everyone in his race considers themselves as perfection, they have a natural might that is far superior to any other species in the universe, even the Saiyans, because to match someone like Frieza, who has never had to make any effort to yield that power, takes the amount of training and experience Goku and Vegeta have had.
Because of this they see everyone else in the universe as beneath them, they are weak, and as far as Friezas species are concerned, the universe belongs to them, the superior ones.

I've said it for years, stop making everything about the Saiyans and actually flesh out some of Frieza's lore. You could do so much story building with his race alone. Perhaps other parts of the universe have other Frost Families, King Cold's and Frieza's was just the closest. Maybe Frieza's race went extinct due to overpopulation and competition due to their extremely long lifespans, could be a reason as to why they are all so evil, because the stress and competitiveness is the reason their bloodline even exists. Who knows man, they could even be the oldest race in Universe 7.
I just, really need some love to a race NOT Saiyan. Don't get me wrong, it was cool to see their empire and way of life in order to truly understand it but, now it's time to do the same to the other races. Despite Goku and Vegeta being the main characters, not everything has to be about Saiyans.
What if Nappa turned good? it could be a possibility because then Vegeta wouldn't kill Nappa but leave him and fight Goku. Nappa will take a space pod and fly off to Frieza planet 79 and meet up with Vegeta after he heals up. Then they would head over to name for the dragon balls. They would take on Zarbon and dodoria but would have to team up with Krillin and Gohan to defeat the Ginyu force. Nappa dies before Goku arrives, but gets revived by the wish that says revive everyone killed by Frieza and his men. Nappa hears that Goku is the legendary super Saiyan so he decides to stay on Earth and wait for Goku to arrive from yardrat. Long story short he becomes like Vegeta in the cell and Buu saga. He could also have a master-student bond with goten (when or if he is even born)
He could also get married to Bulma's sister, tights or launch. He could also become Majin along with Vegeta and team up again, just like the old days. Heck, he could even become a candidate for god of destruction!

Frieza race was called Arcosian (Name made from Arctic) at one point after Goku was killed fighting his brother. Said the Arcosians wipe out civilizations and sell the planets to the highest bidder. And then it was never said again.
They did to Arcosians what they did to Launch. Forgot about them.
The arcosians are another race they one that traded technology with the sayans in exchange of planeta that they can Dell. Theres even a flash back of them somewhere in dbz. Not freezer race.
OH MAN, I HAVE SO MANY THEORIES ON THIS GUY! And thank you for mentioning the fact that frieza didn't die from being chopped up, he died when the blast annihilated the bits. Still believe his "mutation" is being able to survive so long as he has ki in him (Frieza begging Goku for his life until he gets a little ki and acts like all is well....without spilling his guts)
Something I really like is if you look at all his forms you get a sort of story of his forms evolution.
Never learning how to control himself due to lack of training he creates other forms to limit him.
His first would be the scary monster because at that time he would have been more juvenile in his approach to fear and control.
Second mimics his fathers as he would be taking his role as lord more serious.
Then the smaller, less imposing form which works great for catching strangers off guard. Also he is a sick kind of sorts and this would be humorous to him.
As for the gold for I think its his way of using his transforming to buff himself and alter his ability to tap into his REDICULOUS ki reserves. Also being a vain and jealous sort going gold makes sense.
lol I like the idea you have for his forms, but for his 3rd form I have a different idea:
He met a alien species similar to the Xenomorph's (since that was toriyama's inspiration for frieza's 3 form design) and thought they looked intimidating and so decided to mimic their look, but then he realized that his design looked too monstrous for everyday use, so for his second form he decided to take on his fathers look as it was farm more streamlined yet still held an intimidating presence, then for his first form he decided on it by merging the look of his father with his final form, looking like a younger, smaller version of him father to catch enemies of guard.
For gold, it was a twist of irony for him, as his transformation was made to resemble a super saiyan, using the very power that defeated him to defeat it.

I always liked the name Arcozian. I like to think that Arcozian are the people Frieza Race members are mutants from
King cold was probably suppressing his power as well, and my justification for this was with the horns, since the horns go away in their base form, so that makes me believe king cold was probably in a similar state to second form Frieza

Honestly, I think its a broly situation, and that freeza and cooler were just mutations and king cold was just a regular arcosian, similar to paragus, except he was far stronger.

But I would've say the younger ones prefer not to have horns, since frost and freeza's suppressed forms their in most of the time do have them, and only cooler doesn't, but that's because he doesn't require suppressed forms, but even his 5th form has horns, albeit different style.

An augmented form (cooler final form) and enhanced form(golden frieza) combined together looks beautiful and could be Frieza final stage at the end of his story
This is a weird theory but before seeing this I was thinking that maybe if a Frieza's arm or tail were cut off the limb could grow into whole new Frieza like some species of starfish but I think that would make better sense for species that's from a violent ocean based planet
This is why I say cell without freza race cells loses a lot of his power, without freza's survivability he wouldn't be able to survive Goku's instant Kamehameha that blew off his entire upper half

An interesting POV is that Universe 7 lost it's stability because of Frieza's demise. Monarch or not, Frieza did bring some balance to Universe 7 since Shin and the other Gods were all basically wiped out by Majin Buu, and Beerus was sleeping through it all.

Late comment I know, but in xenoverse 2, there is a dialog that cell has when playing as a member of frieza's where he refers to them as frost demons, so there's that for a possible race name as well.

I got an idea for a What If
What if the Z fighters were cheaters! Let me explain...
One of the biggest tools the Z fighters use to get stronger quickly is the Room of Spirit & Time (RoST). But there is sooo much more they could do with it!
What if Bulma (who is a genius) got a brilliant idea! Take the other OP training method, a gravity training room, and stick it inside the RoST! But being Bulma, she wouldn't want to become older while she builds it inside the RoST! So she uses Shenron to wish that people don't age while in the RoST!
Yes, this has become SUPER BROKEN, and that's the point.
Now the Z fighters got a time altering, gravity boosting training area that they can stay in for as long as they like, right? "But they don't have unlimited food!" Someone will comment...lol
Bulma owns what? Capsule Corp! In original DB she had a whole house in a single capsule. They can have mountains of food stored in a few capsules that they can easily take in to the RoST and be fine for decades!

I do know FUNi had him state only his "PARENTS" ever caused him to feel any pain. In JP, it was probably a singular word (like "oya") which was used, unless he really did say father. I haven't watched the full show that way. I think what little we have is inconclusive to determining how they reproduce. They do seem very lizard-like, that's all I can say.
I kinda wish that Xenoverse had a Cell race or Bio Android option. Cell can reproduce after all, and the Juniors maybe could too, plus some cell juniors survived in the manga so maybe some could've grown up and made more but became good somehow? Also then in the game you could play as a purple cell which I think a lot of us would like.

I will say this. I agree with everything said in this video, but there are a few things I feel like adding. More opinion, and fan-theory (and head-canon!) than anything, but still... In relation to Cell.
See, Cell yes, was created (in-part) from cells from Frieza and Cold, ergo a good portion of his genetic make-up would have been from that race. Yes this means that things like "Golden" Cell might be possible, but regardless of THAT form, might this give us any insight into the biology of Cell himself? I think so.
Because of the fact that Frieza's 'Base" form was his most powerful (prior to golden), it's possible that a similar process may be correct for Cell as well... As none of the rest of the races Cell is made out of have any real transformations. (Yes Saiyans, but other than Super Saiyan, and Oozaru, nothing to date had been shown in the series, and I'll get back to this momentarily.) So it's my postulate that Gero saw that ability in the DNA of Frieza and Cold, and chose to take advantage of it, converting it into a maturation system. The absorption of Androids 17 & 18 rapidly accelerated this transformation allowing Cell to attain his "Perfect" state, sure, but the way I see it, their being absorbed just gave Cell the strength to transform, not the other way around. This would mean that he COULD have attained his "Perfect" state through training, and other growth, although it would have taken much longer.
But yeah, this is why I've always seen Cell's "Perfect" form to be his "Base" in the same way that Frieza's fourth form is. It's just Dr. Gero trying to suppress Cell's strength until his body matures and grows strong enough to withstand his own transformations. This is also why after Cell regenerates from exploding, he's able to regain his Perfect form, as the zenkai gave him the strength to support that form.
I mean essentially we see 4 different states of this race, and 4 different states of the Frieza race, so I feel the comparison is at least a fair point, and plausible on that merit. Lots of people say Cell was "Designed that way" but I feel like this is too hand-way of an explanation for me, as just exactly how did Gero get the idea for it? Where did the DNA to do it come from? etc. etc.
Actually cell does has a form similar to a repressed form, he used a repressed form to enter into the time machine
that was his larva form, a previous stage in his development.
8:45 I do think that Frieza when he was in his 1st form, and King cold were actually wearing Armor, because we see First form frieza without his armor, and king cold is wearing armor very similar to First form friezas
Both cooler & frieza look like both xenomorph & predator with friezas third transformation looks like a xenomorph & coolers looking like a predator or the shredder
also add that Cells transformations are also involutions, being his perfect form his trueself much like frieza

I disagree about King Cold not having other forms, the form we see him in is the species "second" form. There's no reason he doesn't have other forms like the rest of his species.

Why not go with Shimo, which is Frost in Japanese, I mean, you could even go with Akushimo (Evil Frost) or Shimoma (Frost Demon).

Cell has probably a lot of Frost Demon DNA in him. He mostly looks like them
