Meat-750 gm
Onions-3 medium size
Mustard oil-100 ml
Cinnamon sticks-2 pieces
Black cardamom -1
Green cardamom 4
Cloves-4
Black pepper corn-10
Cumin seeds-1 TSP
Ginger garlic paste-2 tbsp
Green chillies 15 to 16
Green coriander leaves- Some
Garam masala powder-1/4 TSP
