Breezy Tree | Photoshop & After Effects Tutorial

Here’s a trick to breathe life into still trees with the help of a little Photoshop and After Effects 🌬️🌳
In short steps:
1️⃣ Cropping out leaves and trunk from images in Ps.
2️⃣ Adding wiggle expressions and Turbulent Displace effect to the leaves.
3️⃣ Using Fill and Track Matte to create the shadows on the trunk.
4️⃣ Adding Cc Bend It effect to make the whole tree sway.

How do you separate the tree into different layers in PS?

Selection tool i think, just select a few different group of leaves. Separate into the layers if i right
