OMG😍 finally I found someone who love Cassandra Clare’s books as much as I do☺️
I mean there's only a few of us really dedicated to it so I'm just as surprised as you are.
My sister got me a Heavenly Fire pin at BookCon this year so I wore it at every exam during the finals weeks in hope that it will help me pass those exams :D It sounds stupid, I know, but at the end of the day it really gave me more confidence and I think that was the point.
Also, it is so nice to see my Russian copy standing on your shelf. It just means everything to me :)

I have the tarot cards. I also have the UK Waterstones edition of Lord of Shadows. And I'm gonna get the paperback edition of Lady Midnight next month. Also I learned that I don't have to go to Book Depository for the remaining three UK TMI books. I can order them on the Waterstones website. Also Cassie just showed the spine art for the paperback of Lord of Shadows. It's got Julian. Queen of Air and Darkness will have Mark on the spine, but a girl on the cover (either Dru or Cristina. I'm betting it's gonna be Cristina ). First time a cover will not match the spine. Also I'm this comment is so unbelievably long!

Your shadowhunter shelves are absolute goals 😍 I really need to start collecting different languages, especially when the cover are so different! As a massive fan, it is a need to do so 😅
You are absolutely right, I love the german covers - one of the times I think my country did something good. But they changed the cover for the infernal devices series just like a year after it was released with this beautiful cover you have. Only the paperback is sold with the old cover, the hardback has a face on it like you can see in the pamphlet.
That is because they changed the publisher in germany. For Lady Midnight they did not even create a new cover. So looking for the cover, the new pubkisher totally sucks. And for creating such a beautiful shelf with all the cover fitting togehter, it is total shit.
But hey, at least we have matching cover for tmi, the bane chronicles, the tales fom the shadowhunter academy and the shadowhunter codex.
If you want the old cover from the infernal devices, a used book easily costs 40€.
Why can pulisher not think about the books looking stupid together in different editions befor changing it?
But enough complained. Now I have to check the infobox because you have some books I did not know of. So my wishlist is growing ;)

WE NEED A PART 3
Walmart had the new covers in hardcover with the covers printed onto the book but I didn't have the money to buy them:(I couldn't even get the Barnnes and Noble copy you have.I can't find it online anywhere either.Sigh.I have the box set of the new covers,COB movie,COB movie companion book,Clace quote T-shirt from Red Bubble and some movie buttons and trading cards and tarot cards.Working on my collection when I can.I want them to make funko pops.You can get costume ones off Etsy but it's hella espensive.I also have Lady Midnight and Lord of Shadows.And the TMI coloring books I got it back in May.Still coloring in it.It's so relaxing.

I believe that history book of shadowhunters & downworlders is the same as the black one. I own the black edition because the uk published that one but i believe it's the same. only the title and the cover are different.
The prettiest ones are definitely the new U.K. Covers! Those colors are so striking I feel like if I buy the rest of the series I want that set. Lol. I always love watching your videos! I really need to read this series and get on board with it because I hold your opinions extremely high ever since I fell in love with Of Fire and Stars. City of Bones is on my current TBR and after I read it I want to watch the movie and then the shadow hunters pilot. Love you girl!!! (Ps: that blue top from the edit is gorgeous!!!)

and yes i did not like the first season that much but the story and acting gets way better as the tv series goes on and i cant believe we have to wait two years for the last Dark Artifices book

So I read City of Bones when I was in High School, I love all things Harry Potter, Hunger Games, Twilight, (all things fandom related basically) and for some reason even though I really wanted to like City of Bones I read the whole thing and just felt pretty neutral about it, but your passion for Mortal Instruments has really inspired me to give it another go, and this time I hope to get through the whole series, so thanks👌🏼
